I love driving this car, it's zippy, corners and accelerates well, purchased in 2006, and only selling because i just bought a 2014 bmw. Ct title says "rebuilt flood vehicle" and carfax says accident 2003 but i've had no strange problems with it in last 11 years of daily driving (have fixed everything that needed repair, including valve cover gaskets only 14k mi ago). For sale is my 2002 bmw m3. The car is immaculate with just over 46,000 miles on it and is equipped with a 6 speed manual transmission (original to the car, not a swap). I had planned to keep this car for the long haul as the e46 ms are on the rise (the low mileage, manual, unmolested ones), but due to a change in jobs, i have to get a truck and the car needs to go. Car has every major option except for navigation, cold weather package (does have heated seats, however), and the rear sunshade option. Rod bearings were replaced by bmw under warranty when the original owner had the car. Sub-frame has been checked and has no signs of cracking or wear. Vanos is sealed with no leaks whatsoever, it has not been bulletproofed yet but as a long time bmw enthusiast, i can say that this particular m does not need it, rather it is just a good precaution to take. Car has rarely seen rain and never been driven in the snow. The original cosmoline layer from the factory is still present, the car has always been stored through winter time when it was in the northeast. This can all be verified with a ppi or visual examination. Mechanical: car needs nothing, it is up to date on all service; it has had inspection i performed but will need inspection ii at approximately 60k miles as per bmw recommendation. Exterior: 9. 5/10- i am a passionate car detailer and have been over this car with a da polisher, so the paint is sealed and has zero swirls or imperfections. Heated Seats

The bad: turbo is whistling but still runs strong, it has been whistling like this for 1. 5 years now. Right rear window regulator assembly needs replacement, does not work. Recent work: rear brake lines replaced by a shop, had to drop the gas tank to complete this which cost new rear springs new rear shocks new rear wheel bearings new rear brake assembly including the backing plate/parking brakes, calipers not changed almost new front controls arm bushings thermostat replaced two seasons ago this has been a great every day car and has been driven everywhere. The body is rust free and the car is solid running. I would trust it to take my family to berlin tomorrow. I priced the car low for a quick sale and factored in the fact that the turbo may need replacement in the next few years. I am already busy enough trying to prepare for the upcoming pcs. I am selling 2002 bmw 330i with 120k miles. Need to buy van due to growing family. Willing to trade for honda odyssey 05 and up. Did not had to do much with the car. Very reliable gets 33 mpg on highway. Following maintenance done. Oil change and filter change ever 8000 milescontrol arm @ 70000ccv replace at 93000oil filter housing gasket at 93000water pump,thermostat, coolant, belts @ 98000new tires goodyear eagle f1 asymmetric 2also comes with winter wheels and tires. I have done all service by my self and have all receipts for parts. Only bad partthere is small bubbling and some rust as show in picture cell 609-903-3315.
