1965 oldsmobile delta 88 - 2 owners425 cubic inch super rocket v8 - automatichave the original title, but legally being sold with bill of sale and vin verification from state of connecticutin the state of connecticut, vehicles older than 25 years old, are sold with bill of sale only. We have the original title from owner when purchased new as well. This vehicle was sold brand new on july 27 1965. Its a 2 owner car and spent 99% of its life with the original owner, until september of 2016 when it was purchased by its second owner. The cars current owner literally drove it from the original owners garage, to his own garage. The mileage is all original, and the car is all original except for the front bench seat which was reupholstered. The cars mechanicals are great, has 0 issues with the engine and transmission. The brakes felt a little touchy but they haven't been used in a while. The exterior is the original paint, but it is cracking and fading in some spots. The interior is in very good shape with no major wear or tear and no issues. The car is literally a time capsule. Purchased new from dale oldsmobile in the bronx, new york, this oldsmobile has spent most of its life in the owners garage and is the perfect candidate for 2 types of people, either someone who just wants to get in it and hit the road, or someone who wants to restore her to her original pristine beauty. Please understand, this is not a beat up car from the 60s, this is actually a car that can start right up and hit the road. But if it was me, i would not hesitate driving this back over a long trip.
