The honda 2001 cr250r :arguably the best cr250r honda ever produced . This cr is almost completely original with only the rear tire and stator cover having been changed . The original owner removed the fresh original rear tire back in the day and used it on his race bike , yes that is the story . Having met him , i believe it lol. Basically this bike was bought as a back up race bike and never was raced. Or really even ridden for that matter . It sat on the stand for years ! No disappointments with this cr250r . Seat has no tears and the underside of seat is in nice shape as well subframe is straight no tears in the rubber throttle cover or clutch lever cover fork seals are good shock bottoming cone is not dry rotted awaykick lever is snug with minimal peg wearfork guards are not discolored , no cracks in any of the plastics the head pipe has misc paint wear as seen , i did not want to touch them up bike will need a new air filter as the current one could be the original one overall this cr is in excellent shape and very original this bike rips , period . Brakes and clutch feel great , shifts smooth under power , a nice light balanced bike that still has that new bike feel. This cr 250 just feels so much more natural than a 450 4-stroke. Bike will come with a certificate of origin , it does not have a title as it was never titled . Ebay requires a mileage , i listed 100 miles , however i have no idea how many miles are on this bike.
